Ree Williams, Small Business Development Expert, Business Consultant and Business Coach, originally launched Success In the Pinc to fulfill a need of her own - to gather regularly with other women business owners, who, like her, desired to network, connect, share, and learn from and with one another. 

Founded and launched in 2010, Success In the Pinc, a business building community, specifically designed to inform, educate, and partner with (minority and marginalized) women who are focused, dedicated, and ready to start, build, develop, and grow successful small businesses, began its journey, bringing women (and a few men) to the business building table, an opportunity that has changed the lives of thousands over the last 15 years.
